Hi my name is Cas!

I am a creative chronic pain warrior who loves baking and the outdoors!

Welcome to my page of creativity and my fitness journey to a leaner body to build body confidence.

In expanding my art work and trying new things, i look forward to where this journey takes me, I would love to be find my inspiration travelling around New Zealand creating new pieces regularly in hopes to work less so I can be out in nature doing more of what I love.
